Simple. Efficient. Foolproof.
Step 1 – Load the Lasagna Sheets

Step 1 – Load the Lasagna Sheets

Place up to six lasagna sheets into the Lasagna Cook Easy, ensuring each sheet sits neatly in its own compartment.

Step 2 – Cook the Pasta

Step 2 – Cook the Pasta

Bring approximately 9 litres of salted water to a gentle rolling boil in a 26 cm (10 litre) stockpot. Lower the Lasagna Cook Easy into the boiling water, resting the front edge securely against the rim of the pot. Ensure the water level completely covers the top layer of pasta sheets. Cook for 6–10 minutes, or as directed until the pasta reaches your preferred texture.

Step 3 – Remove and Drain

Step 3 – Remove and Drain

Carefully lift the Lasagna Cook Easy from the pot. Hold it slightly tilted backwards to allow the water to drain while preventing the pasta sheets from sliding out.

Step 4 – Transfer to Cold Water

Step 4 – Transfer to Cold Water

Position a large bowl of cold water beside the pot. Gently tilt the Lasagna Cook Easy forward, allowing the cooked pasta sheets to slide smoothly into the cold water. This stops the cooking process and makes the sheets easier to handle during assembly.

Step 5 – Repeat if Required

Step 5 – Repeat if Required

If additional pasta sheets are required, simply reload the Lasagna Cook Easy and repeat the cooking process.

Step 6 – Assemble Your Dish
